Sleeping six or eight in comfort, this three-bed property would suit one or even two families on holiday. There’s plenty of room for everyone – within its generous layout, there are no less than three comfortable seating/lounge areas, a furnished veranda and a rear courtyard. Your canine companion is welcome too. What’s more, it’s ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of charming Abersoch, just 0.5 miles from the beach, and affords lovely sea views towards St Tudwal’s Islands from its elevated position.

The accommodation covers three floors. At ground level, there’s useful storage for coats, shoes and that all-important dog towel, alongside a modern family bathroom, a twin and a double bedroom, and a snug. The latter is just that – a cosy space with a sofa bed (by arrangement), TV and French doors to the rear courtyard. Up to the open-plan first floor which has a comfortable and generous lounge area flowing into a dining area and round again to a large, sleek kitchen with a breakfast bar and four stools. There’s also a sunroom with elegant cane furniture taking advantage of the sea views. The second floor houses an impressive king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The roof space has great character with sloping ceilings and Velux windows but makes a really relaxing spot, complete with a sofa and a TV. Choose between the fabulous first-floor furnished balcony with wonderful views or the enclosed rear courtyard for time outdoors.

The Llyn Peninsula is renowned for its coastline and beaches, so you can take the lead to explore sandy coves and rocky outcrops. Abersoch (0.5 miles) offers shops, restaurants and pubs, with a choice of beaches within 1.5 miles. Just around the headland, Porth Neigwl, also known as Hell’s Mouth, is a 4-mile stretch of beautiful sand.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, and minutes walk to the centre of Abersoch. As frequent visitors to the area we would highly recommend this property as an overall package Inc price it is a great find.
