Immaculate and lovingly decorated, this family-friendly house is the ideal base for exploring the local area and perfect for cyclists, with secure bike storage through a locked gate to the rear of the property. Whitby town centre is only 0.5 miles away, with a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants – fish and chips are a must – or learn about Whitby’s history at the nearby Abbey or Museum. Kick back on the beach, just 0.6 miles away, or at beautiful Robin Hood’s Bay, 5.5 miles away. If you’re feeling energetic, the Cinder Track is a challenging 21-mile walking/cycling route that wends its way from Whitby to Scarborough.

The entrance hall, with storage for coats and shoes, leads to a comfortable lounge with wooden flooring, a bay window, flame effect electric fire and plenty of comfy seating for everyone. The large kitchen/diner has all the mod cons you could need plus a dining area and breakfast bar for grabbing a quick bite to eat or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. A very handily situated house. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also only about a 5 minute walk to some local shops at The Parade. An easy walk into town. The house is well stocked with everything you need and a TV in virtually every room including Sky. The grandchildren thought they were in heaven.

A really lovely house, very comfortable with everything you could need in it. A great location too, easy walking distance to sandsend, west cliff, pannett park and Whitby. Highly recommend. We would definitely go back. Thank you.

A lovely house in a great location. Close to the beach and town centre. Lovely big kitchen diner for spending meal times together. Great kitchen facilities. Lovely little outside space. Very private. Absolutely stunning.Very clean and homely. Abundance of kitchen equipment to cook meals. Lots of Media to entertain guests of varied ages. Well situated for access to Lidl and Whitby centre.

Such a beautiful property. Perfect for both town and beach. Felt like home away from home. Plenty of space for 2 adults 2 teenage boys and an 11 year old girl. Would definitely return.
