Property code: OC-63533

A tastefully remodelled barn conversion enveloped by rolling emerald countryside and boasting idyllic views across the Lyn Peninsula Coastline. This secluded country bolthole makes a wonderful base for unwinding with friends and family plus up to two furry amigos. Embark on a blustery morning scamper along the cliff-backed shores of Traeth Penllech Beach (2 miles), before warming chilly toes and paws in the crackling glow of the wood burner and scoffing some breakfast.

This beautifully presented property blends striking original features with contemporary elegance. Unclip harnesses and slip off muddy boots then step into the spacious kitchen/diner. Whip up a snack board and pour some pre-dinner tipples in the farmhouse kitchen with your helpful hound pottering by your feet. Slide out the carved wooden chairs at the dining table, raise a glass of fizz, then delve into a celebratory feast. After dinner, pad along the solid oak floor to the lounge and relax on the leather sofas beneath the magnificent exposed wooden beams. Snuggle up amongst the colourful scatter pillows and enjoy an evening of family games while Fido snoozes by the fire. For those in need of some space, escape to the snug for movie marathons and games aplenty. Rest up in your choice of two ground-floor doubles with tranquil vistas, or a cosy first-floor twin with an exposed stone feature wall. Outside, sip a brew from the patio benches or scope out the shared garden for some ball-throwing antics.

Stock up on freshly prepared Welsh cakes and iced goodies at the hound-friendly bakery in Aberdaron (6 miles), then feel the wind in your fur with a breath-taking amble along the rugged coastal path leading from the charming fishing village of Porth Meudwy (7 miles). Adventure-seekers and wave-chasers alike will delight in tackling the swells of Hell''s Mouth Beach (10 miles).
