This beautiful cottage is located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and sits close to beaches, walks and spectacular views of the Llyn Peninsula. Alongside open-plan living areas, spacious bedrooms, and a large rear garden perfect for dogs and children, the cottage is just 6.5 miles from Abersoch, a well-known haven for water sports lovers.
The cottage has a blend of traditional and contemporary design features, all spread out across a bright and airy layout. The inviting open-plan living/kitchen area contains vaulted ceilings and an exposed stone wall, a cosy place to gather for a film after a meal. For a change of scenery, the conservatory offers views of the Rhiw Mountain and direct access to the garden. The indulgent infrared sauna is one of the cottage’s biggest USPs, as is the spa bath found in the super-king-size bedroom. There are two further super-king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite, which can be converted into a twin bedroom, along with a family bedroom with a king-size bed and bunk bed. A spacious family bathroom and a practical utility room are found nearby. The front patio is perfect for a morning coffee, while there’s plenty of space in the rear garden for BBQs. Children will love the shared play area and the dogs can join in the fun on the shared lawn.
Pretty lanes and pathways lead in all directions from the cottage, with the pubs and tea rooms of Sarn Meyllteyrn (1 mile) providing a great excuse for an extended dog walk. Join the Llyn Coastal Path in Penllech (3 miles) for inspiring views of the coast, or enjoy a walk on the beach at Traeth Penllech (3.5 miles). Abersoch (6.5 miles) and Porth Neigwl (9 miles) offer superb water sports, while the bustling town of Pwllheli (11 miles) has plenty of character and dog-friendly amenities.
