This modern, single-storey property benefits from spacious communal areas, comfortable bedrooms and close proximity to one of Wales’ prettiest beaches - Whistling Sands. With space for a large group of friends and family, plus a couple of much-loved dogs, you’ll find entertaining everyone here easy. Not only does the property benefit from a big garden and its own private hot tub, but there’s also so much to do nearby.

Inside, you’ll find that the main living area comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining room in one. As it’s all open plan, it’s exceptionally sociable, but it also benefits from having great views of the garden and surrounding countryside too. You can relax on one of the sofas, watching TV while your dogs curl up at your feet, or you can all congregate at the dining table for mealtimes. There are three bedrooms in all - a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, a double, and a dorm room consisting of a bunk bed and a twin. All guests can utilise the stylish family bathroom which completes the indoor accommodation. Outside, the garden is another great space for your entire group. It’s enclosed, so perfect for letting out dogs, while its trampoline is great fun for kids. There’s a BBQ for al fresco dining at the picnic table on the raised patio. At nighttime, you can’t beat sitting in the hot tub to enjoy some star-gazing.

For days out, you could keep things simple and explore the nearby countryside or stroll down to the beach at Porthoer, often referred to as Whistling Sands. For long dog walks, you could join up to the Wales Coast Path which will take you to see some dramatic views, while your canine companion sniffs out all the new smells along the trail.

The cottage was in a wonderful location with beaches, walks and countryside all nearby. It is generally well equipped and very comfortable. We would defiitely recommend it and return again ourselves.

We really enjoyed our holiday we were 2 families with 2 big dogs and the cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed and was secure for our dogs. We had a fantastic stay, really enjoyed the hot tub and garden with a beautiful outlook. Can't wait to book again x

No barbecue as described, No trampoline as pictured. Small essentials would have given a more welcoming feel eg. Kitchen Roll, Hand Soap, Washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs, salt and pepper, considering the nearest shop was about five miles away.

We enjoyed our holiday at Bwthyn Porthoer and our grand-daughter particularly liked the trampoline. Aberdaron had easily accessible beaches and is a lovely village. The property was much further than 0.25 miles from Porthor beach, which also had a significant gradient on the access path. Some fittings in the property, namely toilet roll holder andRead more bedside lamp were damaged. Also no bath mats or slip mats for bath, rendering floors very slippy after bathing or showering. Patio had loose paving and no guard rails around elevated edges, so children could not be left unattended in the garden. Hide
