Gather a big group of friends or family, human and four-legged, and head to this spacious seaside cottage and converted barn. There is plenty of space to gather together with your guests or to relax alone between the two properties – as there is a wood and glass vestibule, a split-level patio, a dining room, two living areas, two kitchens and a snug. During the daytime, enjoy a drink and a bite to eat at one of the many canine-welcoming pubs and restaurants in Croyde or head to one of the numerous beaches nearby.
Inside the cottage is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a wood burner and TV. Additionally, there is also a snug to relax in. Also downstairs in this property is a wet room and a super-king-size bedroom. Upstairs is a family bathroom, two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a twin room, and a single room. Inside the separate barn-style cottage is a ground-floor super-king-size bedroom, a wet room, a kitchen/diner and a lounge. Soak up the sunshine on the patios and decking with a BBQ and a lawn.
This property is located in North Devon, on the outskirts of Croyde – 0.5 miles from the canine-friendly restaurants and pubs in the centre of the village. If you keep heading west, you’ll reach the North Devon Coast (1.5 miles) where you’ll have a choice of beaches to visit for a swim or surf. From Croyde Beach, which allows dogs between October to April, you can enjoy the scenic coastal path to Baggy Point (2 miles).
