This cheery hideaway features a cosy lounge with a Smart TV, comfortable seating and a wood burner, next to the spacious kitchen/diner with plenty of storage space, ample equipment and a farmhouse-style dining table. The ground floor also has a games room with a pool table, as well as a lovely twin bedroom and an invigorating wet room. Upstairs, you will find a refreshing bathroom and four more bedrooms: a family room for three, a super-king-size room and a pair of twin rooms (one en-suite). The extensive grounds feature a lovely covered deck, perfect for dining alfresco on a sunny day, alongside a soothing hot tub, a wildlife pond, a football and rugby pitch, and plenty of space for your furry four-legged friends to explore. Private parking is available for four cars.

The farmhouse lies just a mile from Devil’s Bridge, making a fantastic base for long secluded rural walks with your faithful pets, with the Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre to the north (6.5 miles). Dogs are welcome to join you on the steam trains of the Vale of Rheidol for a trip to the bustling seaside resort of Aberystwyth which has a beautiful dog-friendly beach (11 miles).

  • The ground floor offers a spacious disabled-friendly twin bedroom, designed with accessibility in mind, guests can easily access the room from the back of the property via a gentle ramp and elegant French doors. The bedroom can be configured as a single or double and an electric lifting hoist with a harness is available upon request, you are more than welcome to bring your own harness.

This was an excellent property with good facilities in a tremendous location. The furniture was comfortable. Use of the hot tub was an added benefit.
