And with up to two canine companions welcome to join you, no member of your pack will miss out on your seaside extravaganza.

Step inside this welcoming home, and you''ll find yourself in an elegant entrance hall where you can sink into one of the two comfortable armchairs and peruse the books on the large bookshelf while you await the rest of your group. As you enter the sitting room, you''ll be struck by the natural light that floods through the large bay window, offering far-reaching views over the golf course beyond. Put your feet up on the luxurious corner sofa while Rover lazes in front of the electric fire after a day of beachside fun. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area is a chef''s dream, complete with an island and doors that open to the patio. The utility room is also a handy addition, with a washing machine and tumble dryer to make any urgent cleaning a breeze. The sunroom is a tranquil oasis, with windows spanning an entire wall, offering picturesque views of the garden. On the ground floor, you''ll find two bedrooms, both of which boast super-king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom offers lovely views of the golf course, and the second bedroom is equally inviting. The ground floor also has a stylish shower room with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, you''ll find two more bedrooms, another sitting room, and a bathroom. One bedroom is a twin room, and the other has a double and single bed, perfect for families. The upstairs sitting room is a cosy spot for a movie night, and there is a breakfast bar with stools and a small fridge too. Outside, the patio area with two large tables and ample seating is the perfect place to dine alfresco on sunny days. A large terrace at the front of the property offers incredible views over the Golf Course. The rest of the garden is a lush green oasis, providing a serene and sheltered space to relax and unwind while Rover safely investigates the fully enclosed borders.

A 300-metre walk brings you to the dog-friendly sands of Old Hunstanton Beach, where furry friends are welcome to frolic year-round with no seasonal restrictions. For pets who love the great outdoors, the Saltmarsh Trail (2 miles) is a must-visit. This picturesque walk takes you along the coast, offering stunning views of the sea and the marshes with a chance to spot the rare and endangered marsh harrier along the way. The seaside town of Hunstanton (1.5 miles) is nearby, where you can stroll along the promenade and visit a wide range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, many of which will welcome your four-pawed pal with open arms.

House was very clean and well equipped, although the AGA left a lot to be desired. The property came up as accessible on the search, but has steps to access with no hand rail. Once in accessibility was good. Location was excellent. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review, I am sorry the Aga was not up to temperature. WoodforRead mored was built on brick stilts to prevent flood risk hence the steps up to the house. I will look into having hand rails installed for better access. Thank you for your comments. Hide

Lovely comfortable, very spacious, very well equipped property within a few minutes walk from Old Hunstanton's gorgeous, safe, sandy beach that is never crowded. Both downstairs ensuite bedrooms are roomy and extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was spacious and well equiped and we had a great week with the family and the grandkids. The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach, and a friendly PH within easy walking distance.

Spacious and clean with quality fittings and equipment, plenty of room for the three children to play inside and in the garden. Stairs were very steep (as mentioned in info) but first floor was perfect for family of 4 - almost self contained. Only a short walk to the beach, slightly longer to beach cafe, RNLI lifeboat, Hotel, Pub and Craft / antiRead moreque shop - all worth a look. Hide

Cottage was a great size for us all with fabulous bedrooms. Staircase was a bit of a hazard and not easy to climb
