Get tails wagging at this bright and spacious home-from-home with a huge garden for padding paws to explore. It’s in a peaceful location convenient for visiting Aldeburgh and heading out on walkies in The Warren and on local beaches. With a large living room, a separate dining room, and three spacious bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for six humans plus their canine companion.

The house is super comfortable and has stunning views across the marshes to the coast. The living room is lovely and light with sofas to snooze on and watch TV, and patio doors that open out to the garden – and the kitchen has bags of room for preparing meals and a breakfast bar for quick eats. There’s a bright, spacious dining room and a handy utility room for doing your laundry too. Upstairs are three restful bedrooms, a king and two twins. The king-size has its own en-suite bathroom and there’s also a family shower room for everyone to use. The garden is vast and a lovely place to explore. Pretty trees, shrubs, and flowers, loads of lawn space for Fido to race around on, and a patio with a BBQ and dining furniture if you fancy eating alfresco.

North Warren RSPB nature reserve is just across the road, a stunning area of marshland, reedbeds, heathland and woodland for you and your dog to explore. He can have a ball playing on the pebble beach in front of the colourful seafront cottages in the pretty seaside town of Aldeburgh too (2 miles away). After a trip to the beach, why not take some locally caught fresh fish home for dinner? Thorpeness (3 miles away) is close by on the coast with cafes, canine-friendly pubs, and restaurants, and a pretty mere where you can hire a row boat for a bit of relaxation.

This is an amazing property which we very much hope to revisit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and found that this house had everything we could possible need, a real home from home. The grounds surrounding the house, both back and front are beautiful and every window has a wonderful view. Although dogs are allowed at this property the extensRead moreive grounds are not totally secure and there is the possibility that dogs could easily find a way to escape, this may be worth noting if you have an adventurous pet. The location of this property is ideal being just a few minutes drive from the centre of Aldeburgh. There is also the bird reserve within a few minutes walking distance and this has lots of footpaths to explore. The peace and quiet to be found at this house was much appreciated at the time of our visit. Hide

We had a great holiday. No 10 North Warren is a lovely holiday house. Hope to come back next year.

A really lovely holiday property set in a huge garden just over the road from a nature reserve. Within easy reach of Aldeburgh and the beaches. Highly recommended.
