This picture-perfect home, next to one of Pembrokeshire’s prettiest beaches, is ideal for large get-togethers. Sleeping up to ten people comfortably, the interiors of the property are light and airy, with spacious, sociable areas helping make for a relaxing stay. Plus, with such proximity to the beach, keeping guests and any resident dog entertained is a breeze.
The home has a pretty frontage; admire it as you enter the hallway where you can stow away sandy coats or dust down your dog. The ground floor is home to three bedrooms - a king-size, a twin with sea views, and an en-suite double also with sea views. Guests can also use the family bathroom on the ground floor, which is home to a handy utility room for storing laundry. Up on the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen/diner with sea views. You can eat at either the breakfast bar or dining table with room enough for all guests. The lounge on this floor also benefits from sea views as well as a TV and DVD player. Up on the last floor is another double, a twin and a separate WC. There is outdoor space here, but it’s not enclosed which is something to be mindful of with any guest dogs. However, there is a lawn and a patio area with a picnic table.
Amroth is a charming place to stay, not just because of its spectacular beach. It has lots of shops as well as dog-friendly pubs and cafes that will welcome your four-legged friend with an ear scratch and dog treat. You could also head to Saundersfoot (about 3.5 miles away) where you’ll find a pristine beach.
