A sophisticated stone townhouse situated in the picturesque heart of Padstow; this beautifully styled property is steeped in history and is perfect for multi-generational families and groups of friends exploring the North Cornish Coast with their furry-legged friends in tow. Amble along the South West Coast Path to the magnificent Harlyn Bay for a sweeping coastal ball-throwing backdrop, then get lunch sizzling on the BBQ in the lush landscaped gardens.

This exquisite Grade II listed property boasts a grand interior with feature stonework fireplaces, opulent soft furnishings, and accents of earthy green and blue tones. Make use of the utility room for any mucky pups, then sink down onto the plush sofa in the ground floor lounge and sip a pre-dinner drink while your worn-out pups snooze by the fire. Potter in the light-flooded farmhouse kitchen, stock up the wine fridge, or perch at the island with a cold drink and nibbles beneath the exposed wooden beams. Dine around the large wooden table then retreat to the sitting room and cosy in for puppy cuddles by the bay window or enjoy an evening tipple by the crackling open fire. Ascend the staircase to find the first-floor en-suite super-king room, two king-sized rooms, and a second super-king as well as a second-floor twin. Fido and friends will have a ball snuffling in the leafy split-level garden and patio while the humans dine al fresco accessed via slate stairs at the rear of the property.

Perfect cottage for two families to come together with their first grandchild, perfect location. We could just walk out into Padstow, or jump on the ferry to Rock. Fabulous historic house that was presented with passion and generosity. The house was immaculately presented and everything you could possibly need for a home for home was provided - and then some. Even down to the information before arrival, guides, information manuals and departure info. Some 5 bed properties lack proportionate living space but Read moreCourt House really does offer spacious holiday living. Couldnt be better positioned for Padstow town, with parking just behind the house and the harbour, with its ferry across to the stunning beach at Rock, a hop and skip away. Tall guests might find some of the bedroom doorways a bit challenging - built in C17 and C18 they were a bit shorter back in the day! But once over the threshold the principal bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. Hide
