Enter the spacious hallway, and up the spiral staircase to the first floor (there’s also an external staircase). Here, you’ll find an open-plan living space, with a kitchen for creating tasty dishes, a dining table with countryside views, and a lounge area for watching the Smart TV/DVD. Downstairs, discover a cosy snug, where you can curl up with a good book; doors lead from here to the garden, so the hounds can potter in and out. The two bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin – are located on the ground floor, along with a family bathroom. The cottage has a private, enclosed garden, with a patio and furniture for al fresco dining, and a lawn where the pack can play. You’ll have some of Norfolk’s finest beaches virtually on your doorstep. Mundesley (7 miles) is an extremely dog-friendly beach, with a dedicated doggy area all year. The traditional beach is lined with colourful beach huts and is popular with bathers, and there’s also a paw-friendly pub. The property is perfectly placed for exploring The Broads, with Stalham and Wroxham within 20 miles.
