Embrace a traditional bucket-and-spade holiday and bring Fido along to join in the fun, choosing the glorious North Devon coastline as your base. This delightful cottage is perfect for families and small groups of friends seeking sun, sea and sand, so you’ll soon be discovering the top dog amenities nearby. Take to the coast path, play on the beach, or simply browse the shops and eateries speckled across the seaside villages and bustling market towns.

Bright, spacious and extremely chic, this cosy cottage is the essence of beach-style living with its fresh decor and thoughtful accessories. The lounge/diner is the heart of the home with its beamed ceiling and sociable space, and the kitchen has all the necessities for preparing your favourite meals. There is a bedroom on this level and a family shower room, and climbing up the stairs will reward you with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. Outside, the attractive garden is a sun trap for al fresco drinks.

Studded upon the dramatic coastline, it is easy to see why Croyde (1 mile) is one of North Devon’s most beloved locations. Sweeping golden sand, fantastic surfing, and the azure sea may be enough to tempt you, but the chocolate-box village is a treat with its pretty shops, pubs and traditional buildings. For waggy-tailed visitors, splashing in the sea is best enjoyed between October and April when there are no dog restrictions, but further along the coast, you’ll have the pup-friendly shores of Northam Burrows (20.5 miles). For foodies, you’ll discover a wealth of gastropubs, restaurants and cafes to satisfy your appetite.

This was our second stay at 2 Inglenook and it was just as great as the first visit! We love the location, had no trouble parking in the road opposite and had a fantastic family holiday.

Lovely cottage right in the heart of the village. We went during the cold snap in December and it was very cozy and warm and was equipped so well. Nice welcome pack was greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage, it was well equipped (only item we couldnt find was oven gloves so just used the tea towel) and well situated with just a short walk to the shops/restaurants and a little further to the beach. We had no trouble parking in the road opposite for our entire stay and being within close proximity to the pub causedRead more no problems. Looking forward to booking our next stay here again! Hide

This cottage was in an excellent location, right in the centre of Croyde and within easy access to the other beaches. I thought this was the most well equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in, which is ideal for not having to 'pack the kitchen sink' to go on holiday. You really get the sense that the owners spend money on ensuring their guestsRead more have everything they need. The welcome pack of essential items was a lovely touch, and the board games for the kids was ideal for keeping them busy when we were home. We are a large family of 6 but the cottage provided us all with space and room. The wet room and hanging pegs for wetsuits isn't something you think about ahead of your holiday, but when you are there, they are essential! Thank you! Hide
