Families and friends looking to explore the beautiful beaches of this part of North Cornwall will be charmed by a stay in this modern home with a fantastic enclosed deck where canines can have a ball. There are seven beaches within three miles of the property, six of which are dog-friendly all year around ensuring that there are plenty of opportunities to feel the sand between your toes and paws.
Welcoming you into the property is the living room/diner, a great social space with two large leather sofas, a TV and light pouring in through the patio doors. Through an archway sits the separated dining area seating for six quests with leather chairs where celebratory feasts and home cooked meals can be enjoyed together. The kitchen is spacious with modern white cabinets and bright orange accents for contrast with everything you’d need to cook up a storm. The first of the bedrooms is a twin which can be arranged as a king on request, with plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, as well as a dressing table and TV. Completing the ground floor is a family bathroom boasting both a shower and a bath. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with two quirky skylights and a luxurious en-suite bathroom offering a little privacy and the perfect place for a long soak in the bathtub. The final bedroom is a twin room which children will love, furnished with a bed settee, a TV, PlayStation 2 and two chests of drawers. Outside is a long enclosed deck with a border of pretty shrubs and seating for four guests which is a great place to dine alfresco and to give the dogs space to stretch their legs.
Located within the St Merryn Park there are an array of facilities on-site which open seasonally and offer entertainment for all the family, including a tennis court, sports bar and shop. The village is just a mile away with a selection of fantastic local eateries which welcome dogs to dine and from here your four-legged friend can lead the way on a number of walking routes, as well as to the ‘seven bays’, all of which are within 3 miles, including the doggy delights of Boobys Bay (3 miles) and Harlyn Bay (2 miles).
