Set on a working farm, this airy cottage features a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with original brickwork and wooden framing, offering a fantastic space for you to relax in after a great day out. The lounge has a TV and ample seating, with a central dining table and a sleek, fully equipped kitchen to the rear. An additional conservatory offers another sweet spot for dining together. The ground floor also features a stylishly tiled bathroom and a colourful double bedroom with an eye-catching feature stone wall. A steep central spiral staircase winds up to the mezzanine level of the property where you will find a calm and cosy twin bedroom – please supervise children on the staircase and mezzanine. Outside, there’s an enclosed garden for your pet to stretch its legs in. Parking is available for two cars. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when on the farm.

The market towns of Holt (4 miles) and Fakenham (10 miles) have some lovely places to eat and drink, with local pet-welcoming attractions including Holt Country Park, Baconsthorpe Castle and the Blickling Estate, all within 8 miles. Dog-friendly beaches can be found in Cley, Weybourne and Salthouse, all within 8 miles.

Ideal touring location for Norfolk. Village road, a B road, carried exceptional level of traffic, possibly a rat run. Very noisy
