The cottage has been fitted with amazing attention to detail to create a contemporary chic retreat, it has gorgeous furniture and accessories, original features, and all the creature comforts you could need. Snuggle up in the comfy living room while your pup dreams of squirrels next to the electric wood-burner effect fire and you watch your latest binge-watch on the Smart TV. Have fun cooking and enjoying meals together in the smart kitchen/diner then retire upstairs to the two relaxing bedrooms, a king and a double, both have a laidback seaside vibe; there’s also a shower room for everyone to use. Soak up the sunshine in the fully enclosed, pretty front garden with a coffee or something stronger as your canine friend potters in and out.

Buy local produce for dinner at Docking village market, wander to the pub (1 mile) where there’s hearty fare and a warm welcome for you and your four-legged friend. Explore Norfolk’s stunning coast, Brancaster beach is just 4 miles away and Home-next-the-Sea 6 miles. Foodies will love the Georgian village of Burnham Market (5 miles), home to some wonderful shops and restaurants. It was a very comfortable cottage, the weather was chilly but we were very cosy. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Beautiful and quaint little cottage, clean and comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. Quiet location, so perfect for that getaway from work. Numerous local walks and coast just a few miles away for fish and chips. Wildlife in abundance - an absolute beautiful place to stay - would love to come back but its fully booked for months !!

Comfortable property. Good location for travelling to nearby beaches and places of interest such as Sandringham and local NT properties.

If you are looking for peace and quiet then this is the perfect property for you. It is cosy and beautifully furnished with an incredibly comfortable bed and the cottage garden is gorgeous. It is in an ideal location for numerous wildlife watching activities and the pub down the road is very good too!
