Designed to give you wonderful views over Woolacombe Bay, the property also has lovely, landscaped gardens, elegant living spaces, a glass-fronted balcony and a beautiful conservatory.

The property is on the ground floor and features a light-filled, chic and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a handy breakfast bar, cosy seating and sociable dining table. From the lounge, the glass doors slide open onto a beautiful glass-fronted balcony which makes a great space for a morning coffee as you survey the surrounding views. Stairs lead down to the lower level where you will find a family bathroom and four relaxing bedrooms decorated in delicate neutral tones: two twin rooms and two king-size – one with an en-suite shower room. This level also offers a sweet conservatory with panoramic views. Outside, you can explore the mature terraced garden with your canine companion. The garden is split across a number of levels, with an array of plants and shrubs as well as a charming patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for dining alfresco.

The popular resort of Woolacombe is just half a mile away with a range of pet-welcoming places to eat and drink, and a glorious dog-friendly beach (some seasonal restrictions may apply). The South West Coast Path offers some lovely walks for you and your pet, with nearby landmarks and attractions including Baggy Point, Morte Point, Bull Point Lighthouse, Exmoor National Park and the thriving resort of Ilfracombe, all within 6 miles.

Location is fantastic. There were a few small issues on arrival that had not been noticed by the cleaner which were fixed promptly once we mentioned them. Mostly the house is well equipped but was let down by some easily remedied issues: some light bulbs and a pull switch needed replacing, the kitchen blinds were broken, the oven seemed to take aRead moreges to cook and the non smart TV and broken remote control were not up to the standard of the rest of the house. That list sounds worse than it should - we had a fantastic time and would recommend / come again. Hide

Generally very pleased with the property. Views were stunning. & property was very comfortable. Little grumble that the bin liner didnt fit into the bin!!! It was less than half the size of the bin which made it very difficult to keep clean in a property with 8 people! Having twin beds that joined together would have scored top rating. Although wRead moree managed it, we also thought the 9am exit time was unreasonably early. Hide
