The whole family is invited to enjoy a long-awaited reunion in this spectacular Suffolk farmhouse – four-pawed pals included, of course! This dog-friendly, Grade II-listed property really is jaw-dropping, with its seemingly endless garden where your pups can run off some steam and 13 impressive bedrooms sleeping a total of 26 human members of the pack. Two furry friends are welcome to stay with you, enjoying the endless walkies in the vibrant surrounding countryside and the chance to play fetch on several fabulous Suffolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty beaches.
On arrival, prepare to go mutts for the extensive grounds that surround the property, complete with a lawn, a patio and a separate BBQ area with ample seating. Put your best paw forward and step inside to find a delightful mix of country charm-meets-modern comforts. Highlights include a grand farmhouse-style kitchen, a sprawling dining room with space for 26 guests to dine and the lounge with its plush seating and cosy open fire. You can leave sleeping dogs to lie right here as you retire, soaking in a delightful bath or shower in one of the six bathrooms before heading to bed in one of the 13 bedrooms, all located on the first and second floors.
The holiday home is situated just a tennis ball’s throw from Beccles (6 miles), a fabulous town on the border of Suffolk and Norfolk. Here you can easily reach The Broads (6 miles) and embark on a dog-friendly boat ride amongst the National Park’s rich and diverse waterways. For games of fetch on sandy shores, head to Kessingland Beach just 6.5 miles away. This wide-open space offers plenty of areas where dogs can roam freely, however, you must be careful to pop Rover on a lead when walking near the nature reserve area.
