Stepping inside, the bright and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a relaxing and welcoming space, beautifully furnished and decorated in soothing and fresh shades, with a subtle seaside theme running throughout. The lounge has plenty of seating and a Smart TV, with a cheerful dining area over by the windows, and a stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also features an invigorating shower room and two light, refreshing bedrooms: a cheerful double room and a delightful twin room. Outside, there’s plenty of space in the garage for storing beach and other outdoor equipment. The dog-friendly beach is just 150 metres away and stretches along the coast for 3 miles, sections of which have pet restrictions so check ahead.

Dogs will love nearby Woolacombe Beach which leads up to Barricane Beach, Combesgate Beach and Grunta Cove – some seasonal restrictions apply, but there are miles of golden sands for your pets to enjoy with you. Heading east, there are further walks across Exmoor (5.5 miles), or you can head to popular coastal spots including Ilfracombe, Combe Martin and Croyde, all within 11 miles.

Luxury apartment in the most beautiful location.

This is a quaint property overlooking the town. It is clean and tidy, but we did find storage an issue. No drawers provided in the master, and only the bedside table in the twin. Two small cupboards in the kitchen and a small fridge with ice box. The furniture was comfortable and ample for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and nice cleRead morean linen provided. The bathroom is small but the equipment was quality and the shower lovely. The views over the town were nice to watch the world go by, and nice to have the distant sea views to know if the tide was in or out. Small area to the rear of the property for your pets to be let out in the mornings, evenings, but they need to be accompanied as is shared by multiple properties. Nice to have a garage that we can store the paddle boards in, but be aware that the approach to the parking space is VERY uneven and if you have any low body work on your vehicle, this is not the car park for you. The parking space is very tight and if your neighbour or you have a big vehicle, you will struggle. Hide
