This airy cottage boasts a welcoming and pretty lounge with a TV, feature fireplace and ample seating, alongside a spacious kitchen/diner with a traditional dining table and plenty of equipment. On the first floor, there are two relaxing bedrooms: a generous double and a comfortable twin, and two refreshing bathrooms. Steep, cottage-style stairs lead to the second floor and two further bedrooms, each with fantastic views: a cosy single and a chic double with a stylish wrought-iron bed. Outside, the pebbled back courtyard has a handy picnic table and provides a lovely spot for a morning coffee with your pets lying by your side. Bikes and pushchairs can be stored in a handy lockable outhouse. On-street parking is subject to availability with parking scratchcards.
The popular seaside resort of Whitby has some wonderful pet-welcoming beaches (with some seasonal restrictions), alongside a choice of fantastic dog-friendly pubs. Your pets can join you for a boat trip along the Esk or out to sea, or for a stroll along the beautiful Cleveland Way. Take the 199 Steps leading up to the ruins of Whitby Abbey, or head inland to explore the North York Moors (2 miles).
