Escape to the Norfolk Coast and relax in a bright and airy brick and flint cottage just 160 metres from the beach. Spend your time enjoying long dog walks along the seafront or visiting the nearby charming towns and villages. Discover the nature reserves, scenic walking paths and National Trust attractions nearby. In the evening, get the BBQ going and dine alfresco in the enclosed garden or get cosy in the living room while Fido curls up by your feet.

Step inside the property and wipe down sandy paws in the entrance lobby. Head into the coastal-themed lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a TV, a wood burner effect electric fire and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and spacious with an attractive combination of dark and light colours. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find both of the bedrooms – a twin room and a king-sized bedroom. Outside is a garden with a patio area, a BBQ and seating.

Fantastic cottage, with everything we could possibly need. Decorated to a high standard with comfy beds, great shower and well stocked kitchen. Very well maintained. Excellent location being just a few minutes walk from the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Silvergate Cottage is charming, deceptively spacious and very well equipped with all mod cons. The decor and furniture are very tasteful and the sofa and beds are very comfortable. Despite being on the main road, there was barely any noise from traffic. The welcome pack was very generous with two bottles of wine and we never ran out of tea, sugar oRead morer coffee as the basket was so well stocked. Highly recommend this property. Hide

Silvergate Cottage is a beautiful property located in the centre of East Runton. Enclosed courtyard garden for our dog and wonderful beach walks in all directions. The cottage had everything we needed and we would definitely like to return sometime.
