Browcote 2 is a wonderful cottage. It's very homely and the kitchen is well equipped. You do have to be mobile to stay here though as there are steps down to the kitchen, as well as in the garden. The owners were friendly and welcoming and the cottage and grounds are well maintained. The garden is beautiful and the views over the property are amaziRead moreng. We loved the swinging seat at the top of the garden. There is also a paddock for dogs and children to play in. The cottage is a great base to explore the local area, it's a short drive from beach too. We loved our holiday here and didn't want to leave! We loved how peaceful it was. Hide

Fantastic old cottage in a peaceful location, lovely views. A great area to let the dog run freely walls on 3 side. Was amazing place to stay lots of small walks near by, a great pub 2 miles away and whitby and Scarborough only short car or bus journey away. Would not think twice about staying there again.
