Start your day with walkies at Astey’s Cove, a pretty beach where your dogs are welcome all year round, and in the evening, come home to sip a glass of wine in the garden as your pups enjoy the freedom to explore the enclosed space.

Step inside and you’ll find that the warm decor and abundant natural light combine to create an unmistakably welcoming atmosphere. Take a moment to make yourself at home in the roomy open-plan living/dining area. Allow your culinary imagination to run wild in the new modernj kitchen before enjoying a stylish dinner in the sun-filled conservatory. After dinner, treat yourself to a glass of wine in the garden, or slip onto a sofa in the living area to chat with your loved ones as your pups snooze contentedly at your feet. As the day draws to a close, head upstairs and you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, both having en suite bathrooms. Sleep in the master bedroom and you’ll wake up to magnificent sea views.

Pack up a picnic and head to the pretty cove at Babbacombe (1.5 miles), where your dogs are welcome all year round. After the beach, take them for a stroll around Babbacombe Model Village to see its fascinating hand-crafted miniature representations of Britain throughout the decades – your dogs are welcome to join you. In the evening, make your way to Torquay Harbour (1 mile) to seek out the finest sea food in the town’s welcoming eateries.
