Soak up stunning views from this charming cottage with four friends or family members and your four-legged canine companion. Set close to the idyllic seaside village of Ravenscar on the Yorkshire coast, you can sniff out wild adventures on the walking and cycling routes before retreating to this cosy home which boasts a wonderful garden and summer house.
This cottage is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings while retaining its character in the way of the original stonework and exposed wooden beams. The welcoming dining room has plenty of space for you to socialise, play games and eat together, while the dog gets some rest in front of the warming wood burner. Admire the stunning views out to sea from the kitchen windows while you cook and put your feet up in the stylish lounge. The first of the three bedrooms, a double, is situated on the ground floor, boasting an en-suite, while the other two bedrooms (a twin and a single) and an en-suite bathroom are upstairs. Outside, through the patio doors in the living room, or the kitchen doorway, is a garden with a decked patio and lawn area. A fabulous summer house is provided for guests to enjoy the outside space, whatever the weather. You will also have access to a separate shared paddock, perfect for letting the dog safely explore.
The Cleveland Way and the Cinder Track are both available from the doorstep, two wonderful routes suitable for walking and cycling with your top dog. Head into Ravenscar (0.5 miles) which has a couple of cafes and pubs that welcome dogs, and offers superb coastal walks and viewpoints. Let the sea breeze roll through your fur at Robin Hood’s Bay, a dog-friendly beach that is 2.5 miles on foot and paw, or 11 miles by car.
