There is a compact 'L'-shaped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals which can be enjoyed at the two-person dining set. Natural light pours through the glass patio doors into the lounge area with a comfortable sofa, beanbags and a Smart TV. Climb the spiral staircase to reach a boutique-style king-size bedroom with patterned wallpaper, a roll-top bath and glass doors leading to a balcony. Completing the interior is an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower. Outside, you'll find a private patio area leading onto a garden shared with neighbouring properties. Begin your holiday by walking the hounds around the 80-acre estate to meet the resident peacocks and sheep. While staying in a rural part of Hampshire, in the South Downs National Park, you’ll be close to the charming village of Selborne (4.5 miles). Here, you can stop at the pub after seeing Gilbert White’s House & Gardens Heritage Museum and National Trust Selborne Common. Take your four-legged friends for a run around Old Winchester Hill (16.5 miles) before enjoying a picnic with a view. You could also head to the coast with a trip to Portsmouth or Portchester Castle (within 30 miles).
