Discover a new leash of life in the fabulous Cornish countryside, staying with your nearest and dearest less than 10 miles from the coast and just 3 miles from the riverside town of Saltash. The whole family is invited for this stay, four-pawed pals especially. You’ll no doubt be excited to explore the surrounding South Cornwall beauty with man’s best friend leading the way, sniffing out all of the wildlife with tails merrily wagging along the River Lynher. Coming home at the end of each tiring yet rewarding day, the property accommodates four guests and two dogs to rest and recuperate in comfortable, canine-friendly surroundings.

Modern, bright and spacious, this single-storey holiday home is one to go mutts for. When returning home with muddy boots and paws, you’ll be pleased to find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner furnished with tiled flooring, giving you the chance to wipe down mucky pups before relaxing into the evening with the open fire burning on cooler nights. Down the hallway, a king-size and a twin bedroom invite you to rest those dog-tired bodies. Both bedrooms share a refreshing family bathroom. Stepping outside, let Fido and Rover sniff out the private patio and lawn area, all whilst you keep a close eye on them in this unenclosed area. There’s outdoor seating and a private hot tub here, along with tennis courts and a swimming pool elsewhere on site.

Let your four-pawed pal sniff out a walking route in the countryside close by, discovering wildlife to chase and sticks to fetch along the river or by beautiful Kingsmill Lake (3.5 miles). Discover walks along the River Tamar (4 miles) and get to know the fabulous Tamar Valley, or move towards the coastline (8 miles) to experience easy-to-follow dog walks along the South West Coast Path. Your nearest pet-friendly beach is in nearby Seaton (8 miles).
