On entry, the hallway is perfect for hanging coats and cleaning muddy paws before heading through to the lovely lounge which features wooden beams, stone walls, and a roaring wood burner. The ground floor also offers a light-filled conservatory, a well-appointed country-style kitchen, and a beautiful dining room/lounge with a generous dining table, another wood burner, flagstone flooring, a Smart TV, and further seating. Upstairs you will find a refreshing shower room and four delightful king-size bedrooms, each bursting with character. Two of the bedrooms have invigorating en-suite facilities. Surrounding the property outside, the extensive gardens have ample room for your canine companions to run and explore. Surrounded by towering trees, the gardens also feature a generous patio with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a hot tub for you to luxuriate in.

Dogs and their owners can enjoy a tranquil walk around the lake and reservoir, before heading into the neighbouring towns of Colne (3 miles) and Nelson (4 miles) which have plenty of friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes. Heading west into the Forest of Bowland you can climb Pendle Hill (7 miles) or follow the Pendle Sculpture Trail (5.5 miles).

We stayed over Christmas. The house has a lovely feel to it and felt homely. 3 bedrooms are great but the fourth really is a challenge as its very slopped as our party were all adults this was definitely the short straw, but the owners are clear about this so we were not surprised. Loads of space, great dining room and very clean.

Lovely Homely spacious house ideal for a family get together Plenty of lovely walks locally and some nice places to eat nearby Definitely a day trip to Skipton from the house which was about half an hour away by car

Visited here with family, sisters and mum along with two dogs. I can comfortably speak for everyone to say we all enjoyed our stay. The large bedrooms with king-size beds were so comfortable and spacious. Large living and dining areas, and cosy conservatory. The dogs loved the large garden and so close to the reservoir, great for walks for the enerRead moregetic canine. The house is in a great location for a peaceful and relaxing break but close enough to local restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and so comfortable, all the furniture and beds hug you! The house is absolutely spotless clean and very welcoming. We found it a brilliant location for the places we wanted to visit, as everywhere is only about an hour away. It's in a very quite location, but not far away from local shops and Read morepubs for meals out. We had a wonderful holiday relaxing in the hot tub or having great days out. Absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful farmhouse! Quirky, stylish and comfortable, lovely touches around the house and beautiful views from every window. We had great walks around the nearby reservoirs and visited the amazing Foulridge tunnel of the Leeds-Liverpool canal, must run very close or through the Farmhouse land as we saw one of the ARead moreir shafts in the field opposite! We had an excellent time at Reeedymore Farm. It was everything we wanted out of a small weekend break. We especially enjoyed the lovely Cat who came to visit!
