Feed the pups and hang up waterproofs in the utility before popping on the kettle and perching at the breakfast bar. This well-equipped kitchen is a gorgeous hub for lazy brunches or hearty dinners and offers splendid countryside views through the patio doors. While your canines watch the birds soar across the landscape, head into the open-plan lounge/diner and curl up in front of a film with the wood burner crackling in the background. When it's time for bed, say goodnight to sleepy pups and choose from the ground floor single bedroom with garden access or head up to the first floor for three more sleeping arrangements. Discover a restful king-size or double bedroom, both with crisp bedding or make use of the twin bedroom. In the morning, treat your hounds to a run in the wildlife garden at the rear of the property while you admire the dragonflies taking flight above the pond.

Although the cottage is beautiful and one cannot complain about anything the location leaves a lot to be desired. The garden areas were all over grown with nowhere to walk or the dogs to play. The public footpath in front of the cottage was downhill with a 4 foot style to lift the dogs over and another on the steep hillside further on. The farmer sRead moreprayed the fields with some horrible liquid which left nowhere to go for a walk. The road leading to the Cottage is horrendous. No passing areas. Hide
