Enjoying a peaceful setting within Malvern Wells, a small village on the outskirts of Great Malvern, this converted church retains many original features that blend beautifully with the practicalities of modern-day living. Inviting six guests, the property is in a fabulous location where you can leave the car behind and head out into the surrounding hillsides to enjoy the breathtaking views from the many ridge walks. The Three Counties Showground is under a mile away, with an exciting year-round events calendar. Great Malvern is just 2.5 miles away, a vibrant town with antique fairs, WI country markets, farmers’ markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. The Malvern Theatre welcomes productions from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company. Take a trip to Eastnor Castle, Croome Court, Elgar Birthplace Museum and many National Trust gardens, all within 20 miles.

Guests are welcomed via the main door into a spacious entrance hall, with high ceilings enjoying a magnitude of colour from the original stained-glass windows. The accommodation is spread across three floors, with the main living space situated on the upper ground floor to the rear of the church. This space is perfect for entertaining, with high ceilings, and natural light from the original windows. A corner sofa offers a place to relax whilst enjoying the views, there is a wood burner-effect gas fire and a Sky Glass TV with Netflix and Prime Video. And for dining, there is a table and chairs for six guests. The kitchen is open-plan and well-equipped, offering everything you may need for preparing meals. A stairway leads to the lower ground floor, where guests can make use of the gym equipment within the TV room. There is seating and a SkyTV, plus a kitchenette offers space for food preparation along with a utility area with a washing machine. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. A second stairway leads to a separate shower room with WC and offers access to the first floor, where guests have the choice of two bedrooms. A double room, and a king-size room with an office desk and a mezzanine area that has a sofa and TV. There is also a generously sized shower room with WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a table and chairs and a charcoal pizza oven/BBQ.
