A spacious country property with a generous enclosed garden, nestled just a bones throw from the nostalgic seaside town of Filey in North Yorkshire. Inviting friends and families alike, the airy retreat sleeps 12 guests across six bedrooms, and offers space for up to four waggy-tailed pals. Beach-loving babes can snuffle in rockpools and crash through salty waves on the rugged coastline stretching from Filey Brigg to Bempton Cliffs (within 6 miles). Back at base, pups can enjoy zoomies on the lush stretch of lawn before curling up for a snooze on the raised deck.

This traditional property boasts a blend of classic features and contemporary styling. Picture rustic, exposed beams, natural tiling, earthy tones, and plush fabrics. Towel off soggy paws on the porch then pad into the large kitchen/diner. Raid the wooden shaker cabinets and sneak a meaty pre-dinner treat to your furry companions. Whip up supper for the rest of the pack then settle around the long feasting table to enjoy a celebratory spread. Be lulled into the sociable lounge space by the roar of the wood burner. Stretch weary paws in the glow of the flames while the humans flop on the deep sofas with a tipple. Snuggle in with a family film on the Smart TV or throw open the French doors to let Fido sniff in the crisp evening air. When evening falls, discover six tastefully appointed bedrooms. Enjoy plump pillows, woven throws, and a selection of sleek en-suites. Outdoors, ball-throw on the large lawn, toast a sweet over the firepit, or get grilling on the BBQ.

Hounds with boundless energy can scramble atop the craggy peninsula of Filey Brigg (6 miles) before scampering on the year-round doggy-friendly sands of Cayton Bay (8 miles). Cultured canines can't miss a visit to the array of eateries in Filey (5 miles) that welcome furry patrons.

• 4 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £55. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
