This contemporary single-storey holiday home with an open-plan living space, stylish bedrooms, and a garden sleeps up to nine guests and one four-legged friend in the seaside resort of Chapel St Leonards. Enjoy a tranquil coastal break and fill your time with lazy beach days, seafood dinners, and day trips to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Inside the property, you’ll find a bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is filled with natural light from the large glass patio doors. Set beside the patio doors is a lounge area with contemporary sofas and a Smart TV. In the centre of the space is a chic dining table set. On the other side of the room, you’ll find a sleek fitted kitchen with a peninsula and plenty of space for cooking a hearty meal. There are five bedrooms: three doubles, one bunk bedroom and a single bedroom. Completing the interior is a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, are two fully enclosed gardens with furniture – one to the front and one to the rear.

Start your day with a refreshing dip at the dog-friendly Chapel St Leonards Beach (less than 500 metres). Stroll along the waterfront heading north until you reach the town’s quaint cafes and eateries (1 mile). Head south to find the nostalgic Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway (3.5 miles) where you can hop on a train to Skegness (6 miles). Visit the 18th-century National Trust Gunby Estate, Hall and Gardens (8 miles). Explore the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to find the South Ormsby Estate country park (17 miles) and the Red Hill Nature Reserve (26 miles).

Modern and clean property with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Spacious indoor and outdoor space. Visited with 8 adults , one child and a dog. All thought property was great

We loved the 5 bedroom bungalow, the bedding and beds are of great quality, the inside immaculate and excellent seating outside. The position of it couldn't be bettered, just a very short walk to the fabulous sea front and broad walk with a beach almost empty. Everything you require is available for your needs, plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensilsRead more, we couldn't fault it. Our 3 small dogs loved the outside areas, a lawn front and rear both spotlessly clean. We shall be back! Hide

Lovely, spacious bungalow with really easy access to the beach. We had 6 adults and 3 dogs with us and we fitted in quite comfortably.
