Nestled in the corner is a dining table for four, extendable for extra space if needed. To the rear, a well-equipped kitchen awaits, offering ample worktop space for prepping dinner. On the first floor is where you'll find the family bathroom, and across the hall, a double bedroom beckons with an original feature fireplace. Ascend the steep, cottage-style stairs to the final floor, revealing a twin bedroom with a Smart TV and panoramic harbour views. An additional pull-out bed is also available to accommodate extra guests if needed. Outside, discover a safely enclosed courtyard with a bistro set, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding in the hanging egg chair while enjoying views over the town.

The renowned working harbour of Brixham is a 100-metre stroll away, providing ample opportunities for fishing and boating excursions. The town centre unfolds with an array of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, many of which warmly welcome four-legged friends through their doors. Fishcombe Cove and St Mary's Bay are where you should head to let Fido run and play on the shoreline year-round, both within a mile of your door. Explore the nearby coastline via tail-wagging walks along the South West Coast Path, or venture further afield to the picturesque riverside town of Dartmouth (6 miles) and soak up its nautical heritage.

Lovely cottage, great location. Very cosy with the wood burner after a day of walking with the dog. Would definitely come back

This home is beautiful! Central to the harbour and shopping centre. Lovely walks to the beach. The parking is ample around surrounding streets, and free. The lounge was so cosy we stayed in most rainy days and relaxed by the log burner. The kitchen is full of equipment and leads to a beautiful courtyard with a view of the town. Bedrooms are impeccaRead moreble and so welcoming for rest and spacious for getting ready. Communication with owner was great and helpful. This is a hidden gem of a home. Hide
