Ideally situated at the heart of the cheerful fishing village of Pevensey Bay, this delightful terraced property offers welcoming accommodation for families, friends and your canine companions. Within easy reach of Eastbourne and just a short walk from the beautiful pet-friendly beach, this charming hideaway is full of character and has plenty of space for up to six guests and four pet dogs who get the whole of the conservatory to themselves. Featuring colourful decor, wooden beams, exposed brickwork and a freestanding roll-top bath, the cottage makes a wonderful base for beach lovers and walkers discovering the idyllic coast of East Sussex.

The cottage has a charming and traditional lounge/diner with a Smart TV, plenty of seating, a big bay window and a sociable dining area. There’s a sweet breakfast area in the spacious kitchen that leads through to the conservatory which doubles as a dog den, and a utility space with a washing machine, dishwasher, dog gates, sofas and another TV. Two beautifully decorated bedrooms are on the first floor – one king-size and a double, alongside a refreshing coastal-themed bathroom. Steep stairs lead up into the eaves of the cottage with a stylish double bedroom with low-sloping ceilings and a handy additional single bed. From the conservatory, step out into the fully enclosed garden which has a pretty decked area with a picnic bench and BBQ, providing a great spot for you and your four-legged friends to relax.

The dog-friendly beach of Pevensey Bay is just a short stroll away (100 metres), with other pet-welcoming beaches nearby including Cuckmere Haven (14 miles) and Birling Gap (9.5 miles). The popular resort of Eastbourne is nearby (3.5 miles), while inland dogs are welcome to help you explore the site of the Battle of Hastings (11 miles) and Pevensey Castle (1 mile).
