Stunning coastal property perfect for eight humans and three happy hounds situated in the quiet fishing village of Appledore. Featuring a reverse-level layout with panoramic sea views, a balcony, and a fabulous games room, this is the ideal place to retreat to after creating some special memories with the family and pups.

Guide your canine chums into this superbly presented home, and leave coats, hats and leads in the entrance hall. Head up the stairs to your open-plan living space, where your pooches can unwind on the balcony, and you and your guests can drink in the amazing coastal views. The spacious kitchen is brilliant for cooking up a storm for large groups, with an island for socialising. There is a handy utility room, as well as a convenient shower room. Cosy up in the lounge with the Smart TV for entertainment, or make the most of the pool table, games and Smart TV in the snug. From the lounge, throw open the sliding doors and wander out to the terrace for a BBQ on sunny evenings. An enclosed lawn area on the lower level is perfect for games of fetch with your furry friends, and a hot/cold outdoor shower is convenient for washing off the sand after days at the beach. On the ground floor, four serene bedrooms promise relaxation; the super-king-size and double have en suites, while the two twin rooms share a family bathroom.

If you can tear yourself away from this little slice of heaven, venture into the village, where you can sample Appledore’s rich maritime heritage with a visit to the museum. Wander the narrow streets, where you'll stumble upon marvellous galleries, shops, and canine-friendly pubs. For local days out, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and RHS Rosemoor are all within 10 miles, or hop in the car and drive over to Westward Ho! (2 miles) for its long stretch of golden sands, amusements, cafes and restaurants.

Had an amazing stay. Everything you need is there. The views from the front balcony are to die for. This house is truely amazing. We had the best weather possible and most days were spent sunbathing on the back patios and in the hot tub. As the 1st guests to use property any minor problem was immediatly sorted by paul. Some lovely coastel walks neaRead morerby which we walked. Good local cafes and pub meals in appledore. All in all this property offers a fantastic luxury stay, cant reccomend it enough Hide
