Take one lucky pup to this beautiful two-storey property in Penmaenmawr, perfect for friends and families looking to relax by the sea. The coastal town of Penmaenmawr offers a pub, shops, a museum, and a sandy beach. From your doorstep, let your pup lead the way along one of the many footpaths and routes to discover the stunning coast and countryside next to the Eryri or Snowdonia National Park. Conwy Morfa Beach (4 miles) welcomes your pup to go mutts on the beach all year and is great for fishing and splashing in the sea.

This lovely property has bold colours in the living area furnishings and soothing tones inspired by a nature theme in the bedrooms. Downstairs, natural light floods the kitchen/diner, a lovely social space that boasts all the necessary appliances to rustle up a bite to eat. Enjoy the views while you dine or plan your holiday activities. Relax in the lounge on the comfortable sofa while four-pawed pals nap at your feet. A pretty fireplace with a wood burner keeps you toasty while you enjoy reading or watching a film on the Smart TV. Upstairs, a contemporary bathroom offers the choice of a free-standing bath, a shower cubicle, and lovely views over to Puffin Island. There are two spacious super-king-size bedrooms with pretty views from the window to wake up to. The garden has a paved area with seating and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a cool drink in hand or al fresco dining.

Activities nearby include water sports, wildlife boat trips, fishing, cycling, mountain biking and walking. You can visit nearby Bodnant Garden (10 miles) all year round but check beforehand which days of the week your four-legged friend is welcome. Outdoor enthusiasts should head to Aber Falls, 8 miles, where your hound can sniff out an adventure along the way and enjoy sections exploring off-lead. For something nostalgic, offering new scents for your canine companion, take a trip on the Llanberis Lake Railway (19.5 miles).

Spacious, quiet accommodation within easy reach of the local attractions, particularly Llandudno, Conwy and Bodnant Gardens. The wood burning stove in the lounge was a nice touch and necessary for warmth in the evenings in March. Beds very comfortable.
