Swanage is a bustling town with plenty of cafes and pubs that welcome dogs with open paws. Enjoy meandering the pretty streets and visiting independent shops. The fabulous South West Coast Path passes through here, a scenic route that will set tails wagging. Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve (2 miles) has an inspiring landscape with an abundance of wildlife, which is free for you to explore. If you prefer sniffing out the sea air on the beach, visit the dog-friendly Pier Beach (1 mile).
