Inside, the hallway offers plenty of coat hooks and an adjacent utility room. Accessible from this level, the garage hosts table tennis, perfect for friendly tournaments. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen/diner boasts two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Sliding glass doors open to reveal a terrace with views over to Fowey. The well-equipped kitchen offers a sociable breakfast bar and the second lounge/snug area, perfect for movie nights, with a separate retreat for kids. Two fabulous super-king bedrooms await with en-suites. The top floor reveals an impressive living space with a balcony, and a wood burner that Fido will find irresistible. Completing this floor are three more super-king-size bedrooms; one offers Fowey views and an en-suite shower room, while the other two have zip-and-link beds and share the family bathroom. Outside, the garden features a patio seating area with sun loungers, creating a perfect setting for a BBQ while Rover explores the fully enclosed borders. The private hot tub offers a luxurious addition to this getaway.

The village has two pup-friendly pubs, a tearoom, a bakery, and a local shop for your convenience. Let your four-legged friends feel the wind in their fur with a walk to picturesque Lantic Bay (2 miles) and beyond. Alternatively, strike out on the circular Hall Walk along the estuary, connecting to Fowey (1 mile) via Bodinnick. A passenger ferry from Polruan Quay (0.5 miles) to Fowey is also available, delivering you to independent shops, pubs and cafes, with plenty for curious canines to investigate along the way.
