The four bedrooms are upstairs, and all boast far-reaching rural views. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and there’s also a family bathroom. Outside, take a stroll through the shared grounds with your waggy-tailed friends, before returning to your private patio for a sundowner.
The picturesque market town of Ambleside is 2 miles away. The town boasts a good range of shops and eateries, as well as a museum and independent cinema. There are some gorgeous walks from the town to enjoy with the woofers, including the magnificent Stock Ghyll Force. A 1-mile stroll from the town also brings you to Waterhead Pier, where you and your four-pawed pals can board one of the Lake Windermere cruises. The village of Grasmere, renowned as the former home of William Wordsworth, is also well worth a visit.
