The spacious family home is arranged across three floors, with plenty of room for both socialising and relaxation. The property exudes elegance and is full of luxurious touches, such as underfloor heating which the pups will love. As you enter the property, you’ll find a handy boot/utility room. This warm spot is perfect for drying walking gear, and makes a great bedroom for the hounds. The open-plan kitchen/diner really has the wow factor, with statement light fittings and high-end appliances. Gather here for memorable mealtimes, perched at the sleek island or gathered around the formal dining table. French doors open from here onto the enclosed courtyard, further extending the social space in the summer months. Amble’s long, sandy beach welcomes four-pawed visitors all year. Spend the day here, building sandcastles, splashing in the sea, and playing fetch, before grabbing a bite to eat from one of the town’s many paw-friendly eateries. For a spot of retail therapy, head down to the harbour to wander amongst the wooden pods, which sell beautiful arts and crafts. From Amble, you and the hounds can stride out along the banks of the River Coquet to nearby Warkworth (1 mile), to explore the fascinating castle and hermitage.

Fantastic house. Good location with good walks on the doorstep. Rooms were great and fitted to a very high standard. Loved the communal kitchen / dining /living room space,. We stayed for 3 nights, 7 of us celebrating my Dads 90th birthday. Also 2 dogs who loved the walks to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing house. Seven of us have just got back from a week at The Orvis and we all truly enjoyed every minute of staying in this incredible house. Everything is done to a very high standard and it's also very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Owners were also great and made us feel welcome.
