This impressive property in the heart of the Cotswold countryside is ideal for families, friends, and two beloved hounds looking for a relaxing holiday. The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a paradise for nature enthusiasts, full of breathtaking landscapes inviting picturesque walks. Let your pups lead the way to Crickley Hill Country Park (5 miles) for a runaround whilst the humans unpack a picnic, before returning for an evening tipple on the patio and a cosy night in front of the wood burner and Smart TV.

This airy and luxurious barn conversion starts in the main entrance which leads through to the beautiful lounge, a spacious and bright room perfect for entertaining, with comfortable seating and a splendid fireplace. Just off this room is a further sitting room with a TV, a lovely space for the children to play. Follow the hallway to the elegant kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, while the large dining table doubles up as a space to plan the next day’s adventure. The lounge has a welcoming wood burner, where your pups will steal the warmest spot, a Smart TV and more comfortable seating. The first bedroom is found on this floor; a super-king-size room with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs await the remaining four bedrooms; two king-size rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a family room with a bunkbed and single bed, and a twin bedroom which can be made into a super-king on request and features an en-suite shower room. Completing this floor is a family bathroom. Outside is an expansive and enclosed garden, perfect for family games and letting the dogs run wild. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy al fresco meals on the patio, and take in the wonderful countryside views.

Walkers can enjoy exploring the Cotswold Way (4.5 miles), or spending the day in Cheltenham (7.5 miles), famous for its stunning architecture and excellent bars and restaurants. If you want to set tails wagging, head for the views at Coaley Peak (18 miles), where you will find a 3.5-mile circular dog walk.
