Escape to this beautiful terraced cottage in the pretty village of Bishopstone. Sleeping three people across two lovely bedrooms and welcoming one canine companion, it’s the ideal option for small families or groups of friends in search of a stylish base to call home while they explore the historic county of Wiltshire. During the day, take your pup for walkies among the standing stones of Avebury Stone Circle – an impressive Neolithic henge monument. In the evening, come home and enjoy a glass of wine on the south-facing deck while your pup runs free in the enclosed garden.
Step inside and head to the inviting lounge to relax by the beautiful south-facing bay window. When it’s time to eat, make a beeline for the bright and spacious open-plan kitchen/diner to whip up some dinner. Dine at the sociable dining table, or head out the patio doors to dine alfresco on the deck. A few steps down from the patio lead to the pretty, tiered garden. After dinner, unwind by the glowing wood burner in the lounge while your pup snoozes at your feet. At the end of the day, head upstairs and you’ll find one spacious king-size bedroom and one single bedroom with south-facing windows and lovely views (there’s also an additional sofa bed available on request in the lounge). Next door, you’ll find a stylish family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. In the morning, cross the lawn and you’ll find a gate with a few steps down to the village footpath. From there, you and your pup can enjoy walks in the countryside.
