Perfectly situated in the bustling seaside town of Bognor Regis, this delightful cottage is just a short walk from the beach (100 metres), so it is ideal for families, keen swimmers, water sports enthusiasts and, most importantly, your top dog. There are some beach restrictions for dogs in summer, but there is always a part of the beach for four paws to splash in the sea. For keen walkers, the South Downs is a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, and Amberley (13 miles) is a great starting point for your hound to lead the way.

Enter this charming two-storey property into the cosy lounge, which is the heart of the home and has comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire, perfect for snuggling in on a chilly evening with four paws warm from nose to tail. From the lounge, head into the kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up a delicious family meal, before sitting down to dine in the adjoining conservatory, which has a large dining table and a Smart TV. A door from the conservatory leads out into the garden. A double bedroom with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower is on the ground floor, just off the lounge. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin room, both of which have Smart TVs. These two rooms share the family bathroom. Head outside to the enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture, making this the perfect space to dine alfresco while the kids and your pup play safely.

The Goodwood Estate (9 miles) is the perfect place for walking your four-legged friend, who can sniff out adventures along the trails. Also within 20 miles are the historic city of Chichester with its Cathedral, Weald and Downland Living Museum and Petworth House, so you and your hound have a range of different types of attractions to discover.

We have had a lovely holiday, cottage is very well equipped and spacious. Weather had been very good so we were able to get out and about using public transport. The beach and town were within walking distance. We also made use of the garden which had a good amount of garden furniture.

Location was fantastic, being so central we didn't need to use the car. The Town Centre, Hotham Park and the Seafront were all within easy walking distance. The cottage, whilst quirky in layout, was lovely and we hope to be able to stay there again. It has a wonderful homely feel to it and is shielded from any traffic noise from the High Street. A lovely spacious cottage, well appointed and in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the sea front. Set far back from the main road, we had no problems with letting dogs and toddlers roaming independently (though the luggage did take a bit of hauling along the gravel path!)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at southview cottage! So quiet, tucked away from the road, very relaxing! We had such a wonderful stay at Southview in Bognor the cottage was clean and well equipped with all you would need while there the garden was very secluded and in the sunshine most of the day. We had a very good time staying at Southview cottage. The location was excellent and parking for two cars was very welcome. We stayed with our daughter and two small children so the addition of a tumble dryer was appreciated. Cottage in excellent location for sea front and walk into town for shops etc. Clean and accommodation great, spacious seating areas and garden secluded sun trap. Useful downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower for anyone less able.

A pleasant surprise to find a property so close to town / beach and Hotham Park., with parking space. Surprised to find it had so much to offer in term of space and entertainment available. It was dog friendly in that it had an enclosed garden, which was a sun trap. Plenty of space to sit out in the sun , should you wish.

Clearly very new and surprisingly spacious with the dining area cum TV room You dont need a car to find good bars and restaurants. The location is ideal for the promenade or visiting Butlins. Would recommend The Lobster Pot a short walk on the promenade Took my granddaughter to Hotham Park and found nice cafe
