Perfectly situated in the bustling seaside town of Bognor Regis, this delightful cottage is just a short walk from the beach (100 metres), so it is ideal for families, keen swimmers, water sports enthusiasts and, most importantly, your top dog. There are some beach restrictions for dogs in summer, but there is always a part of the beach for four paws to splash in the sea. For keen walkers, the South Downs is a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, and Amberley (13 miles) is a great starting point for your hound to lead the way.

Enter this charming two-storey property into the cosy lounge, which is the heart of the home and has comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire, perfect for snuggling in on a chilly evening with four paws warm from nose to tail. From the lounge, head into the kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up a delicious family meal, before sitting down to dine in the adjoining conservatory, which has a large dining table and a Smart TV. A door from the conservatory leads out into the garden. A double bedroom with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower is on the ground floor, just off the lounge. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin room, both of which have Smart TVs. These two rooms share the family bathroom. Clearly very new and surprisingly spacious with the dining area cum TV room You dont need a car to find good bars and restaurants. The location is ideal for the promenade or visiting Butlins. Would recommend The Lobster Pot a short walk on the promenade Took my granddaughter to Hotham Park and found nice cafe
