Bring together your favourite humans and hounds in this impressive holiday home, a former inn, on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The vast property sleeps 24 guests across 12 en-suite bedrooms, and welcomes three dogs too. Enjoy time together in the games room and cinema room, or unwind at the bar, admiring the mountain views. Set off for Snowdon, 9 miles away, or spend the day on the paw-friendly beach at Colwyn Bay (23.5 miles).
Enter through a main entrance hall, and at the heart of the home is a social space comprising the bar (which comes with pumps and, by arrangement, beer kegs), comfortable seating areas with spectacular views, an open fire, and ample space for the hounds to snooze. A few steps lead to the games area with table football and onto the cinema room. The commercial kitchen is a delight for any budding chef, with everything you could possibly need to cater for a large group. The impressive dining room with its banquet-style table is the ideal setting for special celebrations. The 12 beautiful bedrooms are upstairs, all with en-suite facilities. Outside, enjoy your rural surroundings in the enclosed garden, which has a patio area, furniture, and BBQ. Across the road is a paddock where the pups can burn off steam, and from here you can access the river and launch a canoe or enjoy a spot of fishing.
You have endless options when it comes to walking. Trails from the property lead to the summit of Moel Siabod, boasting fine views across Snowdonia National Park, or to the lakes of Crafnant and Geirionydd, or take the pups to Gwydir Forest Park. The picturesque, alpine village of Betws-y-Coed is 5.5 miles away, with a great selection of pubs and restaurants to refuel in after a long dog walk. For a day at the seaside, journey north to Colwyn Bay, where four-pawed visitors are welcome on certain sections of the beach all year.
