What’s more, you’ve also got the vast Shropshire Hills AONB less than 10 miles away, complete with an endless array of footpaths to be explored on daily dog walks.

The comfort of every guest is prioritised in this marvellous two-storey property, including those furry friend guests! Enter the house via the back entrance to immediately reach the utility room, a place to stow coats and boots whilst wiping every dog down with their doggy towel Once inside, an array of communal spaces allows the whole pack to disband and unwind, including in the games room, in two lounges and the sociable kitchen. As night falls, leave your dogs curled up somewhere cosy to rest as you find nine bedrooms laid out over both the ground and the first floor.

Having explored the grounds in depth, head out to find adventure further afield. Pack plenty of tennis balls for a trip to Wyre Forest (3 miles), a place with ample trails, exciting wildlife and an on-site café. A little further away find the banks of the River Severn (6 miles) where you can embark on a rewarding riverside walk. The Shropshire Hills AONB is just 7 miles away and awash with endless opportunities for walkies, including Clee Hill (11 miles) which offers far-reaching views from its summit.
