Situated on the Isle of Skye overlooking the stunning Waternish Bay, this home is perfect for a canine companion and their five human friends to explore the island before soaking away and admiring the views in the private hot tub.

Head inside this quirky and homely cottage and find a wonderful open-plan space with a lounge area, kitchen, and dining area. Get cosy in the lounge as the dog curls up in front of the warming wood burner and you watch movies together. Cook up a storm in the practical kitchen and eat together around the dining table while reflecting on the day’s events. A family bathroom and the master king-size bedroom with stunning sea views complete the ground floor. Up the narrow cottage-style stairway, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Outside through the patio doors is a large, enclosed garden which has a raised decked area, a lawn space, and a bubbling hot tub. Spend evenings soaking away, reflecting on the day’s events, as the dog safely explores.

Designated as a Dark Sky Park, this spot in the Scottish Highlands has very little light pollution and has excellent stargazing opportunities. Lovely cozy warm cottage, views amazing, comfy beds , kitchen well equipped. Bonus hot tub which is well needed after a day of walking . Also while we were there wifi was upgraded and now is really fast which meant we were able to sign into Netflix. Could sit in porch/sunroom and admire the view for hours.

We enjoyed our trip to Skye the location of the cottage is perfect with ever changing views from of the sea and isles from the conservatory. The hot tub was very welcome after days out . As others behave said on previous reviews the house is in need little updates. There is no starter wood pack for the fire so I would advise you to take your own. ARead morelso the broadband is more of a dial up speed so don't expect a super fast connection , however the views more than make up for that. Hide

We had a lovely week at this cosy and warm cottage. It was in a great location for exploring the north of Skye. We enjoyed the views from the porch - whatever the weather! We visited the Stein Inn, and enjoyed the Yurtea coffee shop at Skye Skins further along the Waternish Peninsula. Dunvegan was the nearest village with a well stocked shop and otRead moreher places to eat. We enjoyed swimming at Coral Beach and Orbost beach as well as dipping in the Fairy Pools. Hide

We had a great time staying at this cottage. The views are great, and after a long day hiking the hot tub does wonders. The garden is dog proof so no need to check on the little one all the time. The kitchen is well equipped but could use some modernizing. Overall I would recommend and would come again!

Perfect location, in a relatively quiet part of Skye. View - whether from the conservatory, hot tub, or downstairs bedroom, was spectacular. Cottage is in need of some minor maintenance, eg. panel in garden fence is broken so no longer dog-proof.

Lovely views. Cottage was warm and beds comfortable. Good WiFi. Towels unexpectedly provided. On 1st night, we could not use hot tub as the water was too cold and the hut too dark. The next morning, the water was even colder. We had no phone signal but watched a YouTube video on how to fix it, so by 2nd evening we could use tub, though we had to usRead moree phone torches for light. There was no wood for a fire on 1st night. We bought wood next day so holiday was better from night 2 with hot-tub & fire. Hide
