This three-bedroom, three-storey holiday home in Paignton sleeps six guests, plus their precious pup, and makes a great choice for anyone seeking a seaside break in Devon with their happy hound in tow.

Let yourselves into this three-storey abode to discover immaculately presented accommodation with a bright, airy feel. Ideal for both pups and people to spread out into, the stylish property provides open-plan living at ground-floor level. Spend much of your time in the lounge/kitchen/diner, with your happy hound close by. Pull the doors open on to the courtyard garden so he can enjoy the fresh air on summer days. Feed him and prepare food for everyone else in the kitchen area. Watch the Smart TV in the evening or dine at the table while he sleeps off his feast in a quiet corner. Settle him for the night then make your way up to the first floor to find a king-size bedroom and the family bathroom. There is also a library area and a double bedroom here. Follow the steep, spiral stairs up to the second floor to discover the twin bedroom. Spill out into the courtyard garden on balmy evenings. Take three steps up with your pet padding behind to sit on the patio or the summer house. There is an outdoor cupboard, with washing machine, where you can rinse through any dog blankets.

Stroll 500 metres down to the green beside Preston Sands where your pup is welcome to stretch his legs or plan days out to beaches such as Fishcombe Cove, 6.5 miles away, where he can splash in the shallows and leave paw prints on the sand without restriction.

Lovely house, perfect for our needs. Lovely location, short walk to Preston beach and easy access to Paignton, Torquay and beyond.

The house is nicely fitted out, its clean, comfortable and within a short walk to the beach and local shops. Parking permits for each day were essential and gratefully received ( make sure you use them, we saw a parking attendant more than once) the owners were responsive to queries and left us a nice bottle of wine on our arrival, the perfect way Read moreto start our stay! Lovely location, spacious property, nicely furnished. Appreciated the owners book with ideas for eating out, and places to go. We were a bit concerned about the on street parking, but absolutely no problem, we always parked right outside the house. Day permits provided, just remember to put one on the car early each day or the night before.
