Here, after long days out in the hills, unwind on the comfortable sofas and admire your attractive surroundings, brimming with florals and pretty detailing. Enjoy a film on the Smart TV and switch on the electric fire to create a warming snooze spot for your tired pet. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing doggie dinners and delicious meals for the humans, with a dining area for family gatherings. The gigantic garden is accessible directly from the kitchen and is a true haven for excited dogs to sniff out. For the humans, there’s a quirky stone bench at the front, perfect for sipping morning coffee and admiring the views. The picnic table and charcoal BBQ invite al fresco dining or lazy evenings stargazing with your pets nearby.
For a leisurely day out, head to the historic village of Blanchland (2 miles) with a 12th-century (and dog-friendly) inn, tearoom and a few other shops. Within 13 miles, you'll find the picturesque village of Corbridge and the bustling market town of Hexham. Derwent Reservoir (4 miles) is excellent for long walkies, water sports and rainbow trout fishing.
