After leaving muddy shoes in the spacious porchway, enter the cosy and bright lounge – a true haven for relaxation. You’ll have plenty of sofa space for resting tired limbs and a wood burner to keep everyone warm on chilly evenings. The kitchen comes complete with an additional pantry room and is very well-equipped, inspiring keen chefs to get busy with the knives and chopping boards. Leading off the kitchen is a patio area for soaking up the sun with your dog by your side. The dining area boasts a lovely view of the outdoors, so your eyes and tastebuds can be satisfied simultaneously. Outside, the garden invites you and your furry friends to relax and unwind. There’s a lounge patio set for kicking back with a book in the fresh air. On the grassy lawn, you’ll have a second seating area where you can sit with your pets and watch a film on the projection screen – what a treat!
You’ll have wild moorlands right on your doorstep, providing the perfect location for invigorating walks with your furry friend, without needing the car. A little further away, the Roaches (11 miles) is an impressive gritstone site loved by walkers – and on a nice day, you’re bound to see some rock climbers clinging to the rock. At Rudyard Lake (9 miles) you can SUP with your pup or partake in other water sports like canoeing.
