Stay at this stylish and spacious family home, located in the coastal village of Elmer, for a seaside escape with your loved ones and pets. It’s on a private estate, with its own doggie-friendly beach just 350 metres away – you couldn’t get better for morning walkies! With space for eight guests over its four bedrooms, it’s ideal for a trip with extended family or a holiday among friends, with two canine guests welcome to join you.

This contemporary home is beautifully presented, with a delightful open-plan living area featuring bi-folding doors that open to an inviting garden. The L-shaped sofa is perfect for lounging after busy days out exploring. As your pup nestles at your feet, catch up with your favourite show on the Smart TV or enjoy a couple of chapters of your book in this light-filled space. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and has a breakfast bar for snacks – perfect for preparing meals and sipping a coffee while keeping an eye on your fluff bundle playing outside. Meals can be enjoyed either at the wooden dining table or, if the weather allows, out in the fresh air. The garden is partly lawned with two terraced areas for socialising and eating. You’ll also have a snug containing another Smart TV and a curved sofa, providing a separate space for spending quality time with your fellow guests, and a handy study in case you need to attend to business during the trip.

There’s plenty for you and your four-legged friend to enjoy nearby, whether that’s sniffing out the rock pools on the private beach or taking a stroll to nearby Climping Beach (1.5 miles). Treat yourself and your furry companion to an ice cream then watch her mingle with all the other pups on this dog-friendly beach. The wonderful South Downs National Park (5 miles) offers excellent walking, nature exploration and star-gazing opportunities that four-legged and two-legged visitors will appreciate. Chichester, a pretty cathedral city 9.5 miles away, is well worth the trip.

Lovely house in a quiet, well kept location. Great for beach walks with or without small grandchildren and dogs. The house is beautifully presented and is well equipped throughout. There is a pleasant outdoor space with plenty of seating. Other seaside towns, Bognor, Littlehampton and Worthing are within easy reach. Chichester and Arundel also wortRead moreh a visit.
