On stepping inside this spacious, tastefully decorated steading, head through the hallway and up the glass and oak staircase to the peaceful first floor where you will be greeted by the tranquil open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring skylights set in the high vaulted ceilings, and with an integrated music system with ceiling speakers, the cosy lounge is a fantastic space for everyone to get together after a fabulous day out. The central dining table provides a sociable space for enjoying your favourite dishes which you can rustle up in the stylish kitchen. Patio doors lead to a delightful glass-fronted balcony which is sheltered, heated and furnished, making a wonderful spot for taking in beautiful far-reaching views. Back downstairs, the ground floor has two lovely en-suite super-king-size rooms, each with bifold doors opening into a charming garden space where your pets can sit by your side in the sun.

Of the three steadings, this property is closest to the pool, with other shared facilities including tennis courts, a beauty therapy and treatment room, a jacuzzi and a gym. Just north of the friendly town of Forfar (6 miles), the property has miles of rural walks and trails for you and your four-legged pal to follow, with the beautiful eastern coast within easy reach (15 miles).

Amazing location which maximises the views very well, really enjoyed the balcony for a morning coffee and with a heat lamp took the chill away. Swimming pool was a really nice touch and the kids enjoy both this and the zip wire! Spotless clean, very well kept and presented. Will absolutely be coming back again
